Information you provide
When you search a fare, we receive your optional name, mobile number, pickup and drop locations, selected vehicle, travel date and time, trip type, return date and sightseeing preference if entered. The form also sends the page address where you made the request.
Location and route services
Google Places is used to suggest Indian locations. If you choose to use your current location, your browser may ask for permission; the coordinates are used to open a pickup map, and the selected coordinates are sent to our server to request a driving route and estimate from Google Maps Routes. You can search for a pickup manually instead. Google processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Fare search notifications
With your agreement on the fare form, the submitted contact and trip details, route estimate, page link and IP address may be sent to Noida Taxi's booking email and private Telegram booking chat so the team can respond. The website does not save these trip details to a booking database. Email and Telegram may retain messages in accordance with their respective service and account settings.
The website also keeps a short-lived, in-memory IP counter to limit automated or excessive fare searches. It is cleared when it expires or the server restarts.
